General terms

The sale object is sold "as is". This presupposes from the seller's side that the object for sale has been inspected, tested and possibly test driven, and that the object for sale has been accepted in the condition in which it is shown on location before bidding. In all cases, it is the buyer's risk if the bidding takes place without the sale object having been inspected, tested and possibly test driven.

If the seller accepts the bid after the auction has been completed, a formal purchase contract will be entered into between the bidder (buyer) and the owner of the object (seller).

EXPORT - VAT

Since the delivery of the goods takes place in Norway, the income is VAT-mandatory according to Norwegian law. Norwegian VAT will be added to the purchase price, even if the items are going to be exported. After exporting you can either apply for a refund from Norwegian tax authorities or we can do the refund directly from us.
